  This hotel is opposite the train station which is very handy for trips to other beaches and into Barcelona.

  Great hotel if you're looking for cheap and cheerful. Great spot on the end of Santa Susanna strip opposite the train station. Food repetitive but plenty of choice and tasty. Nice clean hotel. Basic room but ideal as a Base. Service was great. Entertainment was virtually non existent so not ideal for kids but couples looking for a cheap all inclusive it's ideal.

  Awful, had a week end of may, first morning my sons soap bag with his medication, eczema creams and £90 razor went missing, but as no proof we had it nothing we could do, second day cleaner left our door open all day. Day one I asked for a fridge that worked so I could keep my medication in it, was told I could keep it in the bar fridge as room fridges didn't get very cold. Air con dreadful. Food disgusting we ate out all the time. All the information in hotel was in Spanish, even entertainment was in Spanish, Yes I know we were in Spain but a holiday destination you would expect things to also be in English. Pool was tiny and freezing. Rooms were clean though sheets weren't changed during stay. No tables on any of our four balcony, view from our balcony was right into another balcony, so close I could touch it. Area nice though.

  The food can get a little repetitive however there was always plenty to eat and it was nice.

  Avoid this hotel at all costs! This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my entire life! I have no idea how this hotel has received 4 stars, it is a 2 star at best! The staff are AWFUL and RUDE! Brush up on your Spanish as none of the staff have any English. You must pay for the fridge and the safe. I refused to pay for a fridge as I'd never had to pay for a fridge in any hotel I've ever stayed at. The safe was supposed to cost €20 with a €10 deposit. As none of the staff spoke English they did not tell me that not only did I need to return the safe lock & key but I also had to keep the receipt. As I wasn't told, I dumped it so they refused to return my deposit. Our breakfast was included but the food was so awful that we ate out every day. Any info we got was from a nearby gift shop as the staff were so rude and unwilling to help. The air conditioning was not working one night so I went to reception and the only member of staff available at reception was a drunk man asleep who I had to wake. There are no family rooms. Be aware that if you are booking for a family, there are only two single beds. Anyone else will be on fold out beds. My son had bad sunburn on his back from the first day so I wanted him to leave his t shirt on when swimming and the HORRIBLE & VULGAR female lifeguard would not allow him into the pool with his t shirt on, even when I showed her his sunburn. She said "not my problem". However she did let two other boys swim in tshirts the following day. I reported her to management later in the week as she was continuously rude. Management did not care at all. Please, please, please save your money.! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

  the people that run the entertainment are fab!! Especially they guy, they made the holiday feel more fun.
