  been back one day and me my partner and my two boys all came home hungry . Hotel fantastic our room was lovely & cleAn , hotel staff was all really nice but the food was disgraceful. We was full board and never eat nothing there . Food was cold I also tried a turkey stick & to my horror it was roar & I mean roar . Had to take my children out for food not a chance was I risking them getting ill . When I told the hotel staff they told me that they had new kitchen staff in that's probably why ... lol also told me I had to put my complaint in with who I had booked with .everything else was fantastic but I would say if you try this hotel go self catering

  Nice hotel at low price, food is not so good in the evening but it's ok. The breakfast is really good with some choices of food, and the butter croissant is really fresh and good.

  The room is very clean and modern, and they clean the room every day and change the towels.

  We stayed in this hotel five nights in June, half board. For the money we paid I expected much worse. It's quite decent. Super simple, nice bed, simple room, food is ok, there are options for everyone. I was on the west facing side, so it was quite noisy until midnight due to animation programs in the other hotel. Quite a strange crowd in the hotel. However, if you need a place to sleep to be able to be on the seaside, this one would work.

  My only issues were the communication and room location. As soon as you're given your key, that's it lool. Had to find out the restaurant times etc myself, as well as the closest shops and bars. My room had a view of the neighbouring hotel.. and their balcony wasn't far from my own so the balcony door remained shut as well as the curtains. But other than that- absolutely superb!

  3 mins to the beach- and it is beautiful. I highly recommend this place to everybody.

  I really loved this place. I was so scared when I read the reviews after having already booked- but it's actually awesome! I paid for all-inclusive- and I definitely got it. The staff are generally lovely and the food was actually really good for how little I paid.. wouldn't expect better at bigger and pricier hotels!

  Great location, great entertainment, great staff, great for families. Great prices, but could do a little better on the rooms. Housekeeping was great but, rooms were a little shabby, bathroom and shower not great. Very dirty and needs bringing into the 21st century.
